Nai Disha - Youth Program
The Nai Disha , Youth Program is a vital initiative that embodies our commitment to fostering a brighter future for the underprivileged youth in our community. We aim to ensure that they make informed decisions about their education & career, thus setting them on the right path for future success. We also pave ways for them to achieve sustainable, gainful employment and thus break the cycle of poverty and contribute positively to the society.
Our Objectives
- The Youth Empowerment Program is designed to support boys and girls aged 18 and above who have completed their 12th grade and voluntarily wish to be part of the Youth Program.
- The program aims to empower these young individuals from underprivileged backgrounds by providing them with the necessary guidance, skills, and financial support to embark on successful career paths.
- Our goal is to bridge the gaps left by formal education and ensure that every participant becomes gainfully employed.
- We Further aim to engage & buddy with alumni , guide unemployed youth in finding career paths while fostering a culture of giving back to Nai Disha by those who have successfully built their careers.

- Based on the assessment, we counsel participants on potential career paths that align with their interests and capabilities.

Skill Development Courses
- We conduct thorough research to identify courses that are relevant to the chosen career paths and have good scope for employment.
- Participants receive recommendations for specific courses that will equip them with the necessary skills for a career of their choice.
Financial Assistance:
- Our aim is to remove financial barriers that may prevent our boys and girls from pursuing their chosen courses.
- We offer financial support for course fees, providing partial or full scholarships based on :
- The participant’s financial needs
- Past academic performance
- Past engagement with Nai Disha
- Diligence and seriousness of the participant towards his or her betterment and career
- We also provide short term and long term internships and full time employment at Nai Disha whenever possible.
Upskilling and Employability:
- Upon completion of their courses, participants receive training in essential soft skills such as presentation and communication.
- We aim to conduct workshops and mock interviews to prepare them for the job market.
Employment Support:
- Our assistance continues until the participant secures gainful employment.
